JBE was established in 1978 by Jim Billheimer with
one goal in mind, to provide quality electrical work at an
affordable price. Our list of clientele will show that we
have done an excellent job achieving our goal. We are
on a mission to continue providing this excellent

Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors ( )
located in Anaheim, CA. In the past 8 years we have
had 2 employees participate in the annual Craft
Olympics and have had 2 alternates. We send our
employees to to receive their education and
training.
